This project explores the Wabi-Sabi aesthetic through a high-contrast contemporary lens. The walls and vanity are finished in a seamless, hand-burnished Tadelakt, providing a soft, waterproof luster that creates a continuous, architectural flow. Sculptural shelving is carved directly into the plaster, while a large-scale woven sunburst mirror and natural fiber pendants add a raw, organic warmth. With matte black hardware and a minimalist vessel sink, the space achieves a perfect balance between ancient craftsmanship and modern luxury.
