This service is specifically designed for projects up to 1,500 square feet. For larger projects, we offer additional listings tailored for homes up to 3,500 square feet and up to 5,000 square feet or over than 5,000 square feet.

How It Works:

1. Place Your Order: Start by selecting the service that matches the square footage of your project.
2. Share Your Vision: Send us an email at [email protected]  with a sketch and answers to these key questions:
   • Number of bedrooms and bathrooms
   • Desired total square footage (up to 1,500 sq. ft. for this service)
   • Garage size (if applicable)
   • Preference for a single-story or two-story layout
   • Style of home (e.g., Traditional, Barndominium, Tiny Home, Modern Farmhouse, Villa)
   • Any special requests (e.g., wrap-around porch, pool bath, oversized garage, loft, courtyard, or reference images)

Once we receive your input, we’ll begin designing your custom floor plan!

What You Can Expect:

• Timely Delivery: Your custom floor plan and front elevation of your home will be completed within 5 business days after receiving your details.
• Revisions: Need adjustments? Mark up the initial design and share with us your changes. We offer up to 5 free rounds of revisions to ensure your complete satisfaction.
• Final Approval: After revisions, your updated documents will be provided. It’s a straightforward process designed to meet your needs.

Important Details:

• This service is for homes up to 1,500 square feet. For larger projects, please check our listings for homes up to 3,500 square feet or 5,000 square feet and more.
• Includes floor plans and one front elevation. Full working drawings for permits are not included.
• Digital files will be delivered via email.
• Up to 5 free rounds of revisions are included.
